Course Description:

This comprehensive course is designed to equip leaders to serve, disciple, and minister effectively across three vital areas of church life: women’s, men’s, and youth ministry. Students will explore the biblical foundation, leadership principles, and practical tools necessary to meet the spiritual and relational needs of each group. Emphasis is placed on understanding gender and generational dynamics, fostering community, and creating Spirit-led, purpose-driven ministry environments. Whether called to lead women, mentor men, or reach the next generation, students will gain the skills, insight, and passion needed to build thriving, life-changing ministries.

Course Objectives:

1. Understand the unique needs and challenges of women, men, and youth in ministry.

2. Develop effective, biblical discipleship approaches for each group.

3. Build inclusive, Spirit-led ministry programs that promote growth and unity.

4. Gain practical tools for leadership, teaching, event planning, and relational ministry.
